Tuition management app: run fees, attendance and parents from your phone
Most tuition owners and teachers run the centre from a phone, so the app matters more than the dashboard. A tuition management app should let you mark attendance in seconds, see who has not paid, and keep parents informed without typing the same message ten times. (Searching for a "tution management app"? Same thing.)
What a tuition app should do on a phone
- Attendance per batch, in a few taps. See tuition attendance software.
- Fees: pending, partial and overdue balances at a glance, with receipts. See tuition fee management.
- Reminders: automated fee and session alerts. See fee reminder software.
- Homework and tests assigned from the same app.
- Parent access through a parent portal.
How TuitionDesk works on your devices
TuitionDesk opens in any browser on iPhone, Android, tablet and desktop, so there is nothing to install to get started. Owners and teachers can also install the official Android app for native push notifications. On iPhone and desktop, browser notifications give you web push alerts. Email notifications are included on every plan.
Sign up at app.tuitiondesk.in. Free for up to 10 students, no credit card, no time limit.
Using the app for online classes
Tutors teaching online can schedule a class, get a Google Meet link through Google Calendar and mark attendance from the same phone. Online classes are free for up to 10 students. See how a tutor runs online tuition with TuitionDesk.
App or browser: which should you pick?
If you only need quick attendance and fee checks, the phone is enough. For bulk fee setup, reports and exports, a laptop browser is easier. Because TuitionDesk is the same account everywhere, you do not have to choose.
