What each column actually means
Batch regs/mo — how many new batch enrolments the system will process for your centre in a calendar month. This is a processing cap on new registrations, not a cap on how many batches (classes) you can run — you can create and run as many batches as your centre actually needs on every step.
Schedule ahead — how many days into the future you can schedule classes. Starter-20 lets you plan 15 days out; Starter-75 lets you plan a full 30 days out, useful for centres that publish a monthly timetable in advance.
Class fee plan — the maximum number of months a single class-wide (batch-level) fee plan can span. A 2-month cap means you can set up a fee plan covering a two-month term; a 4-month cap (Starter-75) covers a full term or semester in one plan.
Individual fee plan (students) — how many students can be on a custom, student-specific fee plan at the same time. Most students follow the standard class fee plan; this limit is for exceptions — siblings on a discount, scholarship students, or anyone with a fee arrangement different from their batch's default.
Individual fee plan (months) — how many months a single student-specific fee plan can span, independent of the class fee plan's own span.
Counsellors — how many team members can be given the Counsellor role, used for admissions follow-up (enquiry tracking, lead nudges, and win-back outreach) once your centre is running an admissions pipeline.
