Choosing software for your tuition centre feels complicated. It does not have to be. This guide walks through every TuitionDesk plan in plain language — using the live plan configuration, not marketing fluff.

Remember this first: Teacher Portal and Parent Portal are available on every plan — including Free. WhatsApp notifications are also available on every plan (Free through Enterprise) once you enable them in Settings — you still need WhatsApp credits / provider setup.
Free Plan — ₹0
Who it's for: Individual tutors, home tutors, and tiny centres getting started.
What you get

Free never expires. If 10 students is enough, you can stay here. Upgrade when you need a teacher login or parent self-serve — not because a timer forces you.

Ravi tutors 18 students from home in Chennai. He records fees and attendance himself on Free. When his centre grows to 20+ students, he moves to Starter for auto fee schedules and better data tools.

Starter is the "add auto fee schedules and organised data tools" plan. Teacher Portal and Parent Portal are already available on Free.

- AI Operations Suite (auto-substitute, morning briefing, dropout prediction) is Enterprise
If your pain is enquiries dying in WhatsApp or teacher leave chaos, Growth is usually the right jump — not Pro.

Which plan should you pick?
Stay on Free if: you are solo, under 10 students, and need basic fee + attendance (Teacher & Parent portals included).

Choose Growth if: you need Admissions CRM, enquiry tracking, or teacher leave/attendance discipline.

Common questions
Can teachers log in on Free?
Yes. Teacher Portal is available on all plans including Free.
Can parents log in on Free?
Yes. Parent Portal is available on all plans including Free.
Is WhatsApp only on Growth or paid plans?
No. WhatsApp notifications are available on all plans (Free through Enterprise). Enable them under Settings and keep WhatsApp credits topped up.
Do I lose data if I downgrade?
No. Data stays. Features above your plan become unavailable until you upgrade again (for example, teacher leave management and the admissions CRM pause if you drop below Growth — Teacher Portal and Parent Portal stay available on every plan, including Free).
Is Free really free forever?
Yes — within the Free limits. No forced card on file.
Does pricing work outside India?
