Help AI and your questions

When you use Help AI or Ask AI, your questions may be stored so we can improve answers, reliability, and support. Clearing the chat in the app removes the conversation from your current browser or device only; it does not remove material that may already be retained on our systems according to our data retention practices.

Parent AI (when enabled for your plan) is separate from Help AI: it is for signed-in parents and uses different rules and billing. See Parent portal for an overview.
