Teacher session check-in / check-out

Teachers tap Check in when they actually start a scheduled class, and Check out when they finish. Owners and branch admins see logs and get push alerts if check-in is delayed or missed.

Enable the feature

1. Admin → Plans → turn on Teacher session check-in / check-out (sessionCheckIn) for the centre’s plan.
2. Optional: turn on Teacher session GPS location (sessionCheckInGps) to record soft GPS on check-in/out (Android app, TuitionDesk Lite, or browser). Denied location never blocks check-in.
3. Hard-refresh the centre app so features reload.

For teachers

1. Open Sessions (list view).
2. On today’s class row, tap Check in when the class starts, then Check out when it ends.
3. If GPS is enabled on the plan, the app may ask for location once — optional evidence only.

For owners

• Teacher Attendance → Session check-in logs — worklog: who checked in/out, duration, and GPS in/out when the GPS plan feature is on.
• Push alert if a teacher is late (15+ minutes after start) or never checked in (after class end).
