Quizzes and assessments — optional image or short video on questions (plan-dependent).

On Growth, Pro, and Enterprise (assessmentMedia), Question Bank items can include an optional image or short video. Students see the media when taking an online assessment.

How to add media

  1. Open Question Bank.
  2. Create or edit a question.
  3. Under Image or short video, choose Image or Short video.
  4. Image: upload a JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF (max 5 MB), or paste an https image URL. Diagrams and figures work well — any aspect ratio is fine.
  5. Short video: paste a YouTube Unlisted, Google Drive, or Vimeo link. Prefer short revision clips — TuitionDesk does not host full classroom recordings.
  6. Save. Students see the media when attempting the quiz online.
