Public Org Site (with enquiry forms)

Every TuitionDesk centre gets a Public Org Site (with enquiry forms) — a free drag-and-drop public page, no designer or hosting fee. Build once, share on WhatsApp, and receive enquiries directly into your TuitionDesk pipeline.

Where to find it

Open Public Org Site (with enquiry forms) in the app sidebar (or Centre features). The visual editor opens in the browser. Available on all plans including Free.

Site address (slug)

Your site goes live at tuitiondesk.in/site/your-slug. TuitionDesk usually creates the slug automatically from your academy name when you save Update Academy or publish (for example, Sunrise Tuition → sunrise-tuition). You can still edit the slug on Update Academy if you want a custom address.

Available blocks

Click the Blocks icon (grid) on the left panel to see all tuition-specific sections:

• Hero — centre name, tagline, and a "Enquire Now" call-to-action button
• About — your centre description and a few headline stats
• Courses — subject cards with grade level and monthly fee
• Why Choose Us — benefit tiles (small batch size, experienced teachers, etc.)
• Teachers — staff profiles with name, qualification, and photo
• Testimonials — parent and student review cards
• Fee Structure — a simple pricing table for your plans
• Enquiry Form — collects name, phone, email, grade, and message; leads go straight to your pipeline
• WhatsApp CTA — a section with a “Chat on WhatsApp” button (uses WhatsApp Business Number from Settings → Admissions CRM, or falls back to your academy phone)
• WhatsApp Float — a fixed green floating button in the corner of the live site (included in themes; also auto-added to older drafts when a number is available)
• Contact Info — address, phone number, and map embed
• Footer — navigation links and centre name

On first open, pick one of 20 theme presets (layout + suggested colours). Use the toolbar Themes button anytime to switch — you confirm before replacing an existing draft. Set WhatsApp Business Number under Settings → Admissions CRM (or academy phone), then Publish so every wa.me link uses that number.

How to edit

1. Drag a block from the left panel into the canvas.
2. Click any text or image in the canvas to edit it directly.
3. Use the block toolbar to move, copy, or delete a section.
4. Switch between Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile views using the top toolbar to check how the page looks on every screen.

Auto-save

Your work is saved to your account automatically. You can close the builder and come back later — your draft is waiting exactly where you left it.

Publishing

When you are ready, click the Publish button in the top-right corner. The builder assembles everything into one self-contained page and saves it. Your site goes live instantly at tuitiondesk.in/site/your-slug. A confirmation dialog shows the link — tap View Live Site to open it.

To update the site later: reopen the builder, make changes, and publish again. The live page updates immediately.

Enquiry form and leads

The Enquiry Form block is wired directly to your TuitionDesk pipeline. When a parent fills it in on your published site, the lead appears in Enquiries in the app — you can follow up and convert it to a student enrolment from there, the same as any other enquiry. After submit, parents see a clear confirmation: Your enquiry has been submitted. [Your academy name] will contact you shortly. Re-publish your site once so existing published pages pick up this message.

SEO

The published page automatically includes a <title> and meta description based on your centre name and type, so search engines can index your site.

Sharing

Copy your tuitiondesk.in/site/your-slug URL and share it on WhatsApp, Instagram bio, or Google Business Profile. Parents click the link, read about your classes, and can submit an enquiry in one step — no separate website or landing page tool needed.

Website widgets (embed on your own site)

Under Settings → Website Widgets you can also embed a form-only enquiry page on an external website. That embed uses app.tuitiondesk.in/enquiry/your-slug (the staff app host) so it can load as a lightweight iframe. Your full marketing page remains at tuitiondesk.in/site/your-slug — these are two different URLs on purpose.

• Public page — share https://tuitiondesk.in/site/your-slug with parents.
• Enquiry iframe — paste the Settings embed snippet into your own HTML.
• WhatsApp floating button — set WhatsApp Business Number under Admissions CRM (or academy phone), then copy the script from Website Widgets.
