Overdue reminder schedule

Overdue fee reminders are not sent every day. They go out at 10 AM in your centre's local time, on the checkpoints you leave ticked.

Default

Due date, then 3 days, 7 days, and 14 days overdue. A separate reminder still goes out 3 days before the due date, at 9 AM. That advance reminder is not part of this schedule.

Change it

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Find Overdue reminder schedule.
  3. Tick any of: Due date, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, 30 days.
  4. Click Save schedule. At least one checkpoint must stay on.

Reset to default restores due date, 3, 7, and 14. The last checkpoint you leave on also alerts the owner and branch staff. To stop overdue reminders entirely, use the reminders on/off setting.

Push, email, and the in-app Updates feed run on every plan, including Free. WhatsApp is an extra channel when WhatsApp sending is on for the plan and the centre has credits.
