Who can sign in on each TuitionDesk plan
10 students means 10 parent logins. See owner, branch manager, teacher, counsellor and parent seats on every plan, and the monthly price per parent.
A plan that says "10 students and 1 teacher" is easy to misread. It is not one shared login for the whole centre. It is a set of real accounts: one owner, the teachers you hire, a counsellor if the plan includes one, and one parent login for every student.
The price on each card is the monthly bill divided by those parent logins. That is what one family costs you.
What each login is
Owner. Always one person. This is the account that created the centre and pays for the plan.
Branch manager. A staff login for one branch. They do not own the centre. Free and every Starter step have none — the owner runs the centre. Growth and Pro include 3 branch manager logins per branch. Enterprise has no cap.
Teacher. A teacher signs in to mark attendance, see their classes, and use the teacher portal. The number is a cap on teacher accounts, not on classes. Classes are unlimited on every plan.
Counsellor. A staff login for admissions follow-up. The number is how many counsellor accounts the plan allows.
Parent. One real parent account per student. 20 students means 20 parents can sign in and use 20 accounts. 20 real people.
Free and Starter
Free and Starter have no branch manager. The owner runs the centre.

Starter 20 is the cheapest paid step: ₹99 a month for 20 parent logins is ₹5.0 per parent. Starter 75 is ₹499 for 75 parent logins, which is ₹6.7 per parent. You pick the step that matches how many families you have today, and you can move up or down from Settings → Subscription.
Moving up buys more people and a longer timetable. Starter 75 can schedule classes 360 days ahead. The smaller Starter steps are 60, 120, 180, and 240 days. Free is 15 days. The full capacity table, including how long a fee plan can run, is in the Starter plan comparison.
Growth
Growth is where a branch manager login starts. You get 3 branch manager logins on your 1 branch. Each one is a separate person.

Growth 75 is ₹699 divided by 75 parents, which is ₹9.3 per parent. Growth 200 is ₹999 divided by 200 parents, which is ₹5.0 per parent. The larger step costs less per family because the monthly price does not grow as fast as the number of parents.
Pro
Pro is for a centre with more than one branch. You can run 3 branches, and each branch can have 3 branch manager logins.

Pro 100 is ₹1,499 for 100 parent logins, which is ₹15 per parent. Pro 500 is ₹1,999 for 500 parent logins, which is ₹4.0 per parent. That is the lowest per-parent figure on the public ladder.
Enterprise
Enterprise starts from ₹7,999 a month. Teachers, counsellors, parent logins, branches, and branch managers are unlimited. That starting price does not include white-label or a custom domain. The monthly price changes with customization and integrations. White-label is a separate quote and costs much more: a one-time implementation and white-label charge, plus extra.
How to read a card before you buy
- Count the families who need a parent login. That number is your student cap.
- Count the teachers and counsellors who need their own login.
- If someone other than you should run a branch, you need Growth or above for a branch manager login.
- Divide the monthly price by the parent logins. That is the number on the pricing card.

A student who has left the centre does not keep using a seat. The parent login follows the students you still teach.

You do not have to buy the biggest plan to see the product. Free includes the owner, 1 teacher, and 10 parent logins at ₹0. It does not include a counsellor login. When the eleventh family needs a login, Starter 20 is ₹99 a month — ₹5.0 per parent. Starter 75, at ₹499, schedules classes 360 days ahead.
