Setting up the app in under 10 minutes
Once you download from Google Play:
- Sign up — enter your centre name, your phone number, and pick your currency (INR by default)
- Add your first batch — name it (e.g. "Class 10 Maths"), set days and times
- Add students — type name + phone number; the parent gets a WhatsApp invite automatically
- Set a fee plan — fixed monthly, or custom EMI schedule
- Mark attendance — open the batch, tap each student present or absent
The first fee collection, parent alert, and attendance report happen in your first session.

Yes. Add a teacher in settings and they get their own login. Teachers can mark attendance, view their batch schedule, and add session notes.
Can parents use the app?
Parents receive WhatsApp and push notifications. They can also open the parent portal in a browser — a separate parent-facing app is not required.
Does the Android app work without internet?
Attendance marking works offline and syncs when you reconnect. Fee recording requires a connection to confirm and send receipts.
Can I switch from another app to TuitionDesk?
Yes. Import your existing students from an Excel file — the import page is under Students → Import. Fee history can be manually entered or started fresh.
