Case study: online maths and chemistry tutoring in India

How an online maths and chemistry tutor handles enrolment, attendance, payments and reminders alongside Zoom and Google Meet.

A tutor teaching maths and chemistry online already has the tools: Google Meet for some classes, Zoom for others. What is usually missing is the admin around them: who is enrolled, who attended, who has paid, and who needs a reminder.

TuitionDesk connects to both. A Zoom or Google Meet link is created for each class, and when a class moves or is cancelled, the link and the calendar invite update with it. The teacher, the enrolled students and their parents receive the invite.

Attendance is recorded when a student taps Join in the app, and the teacher confirms it at the end of the class. Reminders go out by notification and email.
